Track Order

We use every endeavour to ensure that your Aok Clothing apparel is with you 10 working days after you place your order, for deliveries to New Zealand or Australian addresses, and within 14 working days for addresses in other countries.

 

It's easy to know what stage your order is at:

 

Stage 1: Order Confirmation

Simply check your inbox to see if you have received an order confirmation email from us. An order confirmation email means that we have received your order.

 

Stage 2: Dispatch Notification

Simply check your inbox to see if you have received a dispatch email from us. A dispatch email means that your goods have been packed and allocated a courier tracking number with one of our courier partners. The courier tracking number will be displayed within the dispatch notification.

 

Stage 3: Transit

Your order has left AOK Clothing and is in transit with one of our courier partners. Please contact us at sales@aoknitwear.co.nz should you not have received your parcel within 10 working days after you have received the dispatch email from us for your order.  We will then track this parcel for you and keep you informed of the progress.
