We deliver anywhere in New Zealand for the following rate:

Goods can be shipped to overseas customers for the following rate:
You will be responsible for any local duty payable on receipt of your order; which includes any order sent as a gift, whereby the recipient will be responsible.
Prompt delivery is assured for items in stock, usually within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Please note that various items on our website are made to order, and therefore must be allowed a period of 15-30 working days to be knitted. We will notify you of any delays or discontinued items. For specific information regarding whether your order or a specific item is to be specially made please ring 0800 586 737 or email us via the Contact Us page.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at email@example.com We will use the delivery information to make a claim against the carriers, and will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund once we have received confirmation from our carriers that delivery was not successful.
Aok Clothing accepts the return of all unwanted goods within 7 days of receipt from within New Zealand and 21 days of receipt Internationally as long as they remain unworn with tags attached and in their original, undamaged condition.
Goods returned after 7 days (within NZ) or 21 days (International) will be issued with a credit note should you choose not to have it replaced/exchanged.
When purchasing from Aok Clothing there is no returns or refunds on items purchased on Sale. Please choose carefully as under the ‘Consumer Guarantees Act’ we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.

We can now offer you hassle free returns: Simply contact us on 0800 586 737 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organize prompt collection from your address at no extra charge. (Applies only to NZ orders)
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the ‘Consumer Guarantees Act’ to provide a remedy.
