Shipping Information at AOK Clothing
AOK Clothing we can deliver anywhere in New Zealand for the following rate: New Zealand - $10.00
Garments can be shipped to overseas customers for the following rate: $35.00 NZD
You will be responsible for any local duty payable on receipt of your order; which includes any order sent as a gift, whereby the recipient will be responsible.
For clothing that is in stock at AOK Clothing, prompt delivery is guaranteed, often within 5 working days of receiving your purchase.
Please note that various items on our website are made to order, and therefore must be allowed a period of 15-30 working days to be knitted. We will notify you of any delays or discontinued items. For specific information regarding whether your order or a specific item is to be specially made please ring 0800 586 737 or email us via the Contact Us page.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org We will use the delivery information to make a claim against the carriers, and will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund once we have received confirmation from our carriers that delivery was not successful.
Refunds and Exchanges
At AOK Clothing, we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind, we will happily exchange your item or refund your purchase, provided that:
- You return the item within 7 days (inclusive) of receipt from within New Zealand and 21 days of receipt Internationally.
- The item is in its original saleable condition with all original packaging, tags and labels still attached. Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition. Items that are returned otherwise may be rejected and returned to the customer.
- Please ensure your garment is returned neatly folded and treated with care. Any makeup stains or marks will make the garment unsaleable and will be sent back to you.
- Please note all sale items are final sales. We do not offer exchanges or returns on these items except where the item is faulty or defective. Please choose carefully as under the ‘Consumer Guarantees Act’ we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.
- We offer free shipping on exchanges. Returns for a refund require the customer to cover the cost of shipping. Exchange orders are not released until your returning item is in transit.
AOK Clothing’s Hassle Free Returns
We can now offer you hassle free returns: Simply contact us on 0800 586 737 or email@example.com and we will organise prompt collection from your address at no extra charge. (Applies only to NZ orders)
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the ‘Consumer Guarantees Act’ to provide a remedy.

Refunds at AOK Clothing
If your return qualifies for a refund, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item/s, minus the shipping cost, once your return has been received. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed and appropriate remuneration issued.
Return import duties will not be covered by AOK Clothing
